A CONFLUENCE OF IDEAS ENGINEERED FOR SUCCESS
Knowledge - Experience - Vision
Knowledge - Experience - Vision
ODIN's Strategic Solutions was founded based on three important pillars of success - Knowledge, Experience, & Vision. Knowledge, derived from advanced degree training in medicine and pharmacology. Experience through 25 years working in Medical/Marketing Strategy, which imparts a practical context for successful execution. And then there is Vision. Success by definition is aspirational and thus defined by future achievement. Having the vision for what the future will hold is, therefore, the key to achieving the ultimate success.
"You don't catch the game winning pass by running to where the ball is. You catch it by running to where the ball is going to be."
We aren't working to develop order out of chaos. We strive to see the order in chaos. There is always a defining force, even in chaos and we know this because an event, a person, nature, war or an infectious disease can all trigger chaos. Chaos, in fact, is disrupted order. But even more importantly, Chaos theory tells us that even chaos itself has an order within its disarray. In life chaos and order coexist. Everything in life supports the ability of the order within chaos to reappear, as order and chaos are fluid states.
This is very applicable to medicine, in that we often refer to conditions as disorders or disordered states. The goal of research is to identify the order within the disorder that leads to the disruption of clinical and functional outcomes.
The goal of medical/marketing strategy and communications is to simplify the manner in which we discuss the fluidity of order and chaos to demonstrate medical advancement and create a reason to believe.
In other words, we strive to find the order within the disorder to identify a solution to the problem.
There is a significant power inherent to the number three. As the sum of one and two it not only brings them together but also elevates them to a new level. This is extremely important when considering strategy and communications. As children we are unconsciously taught to look for and recognize patterns and it just so happens that three is the first number from which a pattern can be derived. Three is therefore a very important component of information retention and the ultimate driver of action.
ODIN's Strategic Solutions leverages the power of the number three to establish effective medical/marketing strategies and communications that gain traction and have the necessary "stickiness.".
The Norse God Odin had to endure three hardships to find the sacred runes. For ODIN, three represented watchfulness (knowledge), vigilance (experience), and a prophetic element (vision).
ODIN's Strategic Solutions is a sole proprietorship focused on delivering high quality medical/marketing strategy and content to our clients. OSS functions as a network of skilled professionals which can be mobilized to address our client's varied needs. This business model has many advantages, including reduced overhead, scaleability, flexibility and the ability to mobilize a dedicated resource quickly that is specifically assembled for the need being addressed.
In addition, OSS recognizes that the best outcomes for any initiative are achieved by efficient agency collaboration. It may be attractive to simplify external resource engagement by going to a "full service" agency but sometimes that is not in your best interest. It may also seem counter intuitive for a smaller Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology company to engage multiple agencies instead of finding one that can consolidate all needs into one point of engagement but this is not always the case. By leveraging the unique. strengths of multiple agencies it is possible to assemble the absolutely best team possible. However, to achieve this it is critical to find the agencies with the right skill sets and team members but also the right attitude.
OSS is not only one of those agencies, but can also work with you to identify other like-minded groups and/or individuals. The ultimate goal is your product's, your company's and your personal success. OSS can be part of your extended team to achieve exactly that.
